Manzanilla

Een manzanilla is een versterkte wijn uit Sanlúcar de Barrameda in de sherrydriehoek. Door de typische florwerking in deze kuststad ontstaat ere en lichte, frisse sherry met aroma’s van appel, kamille (manzanilla is het Spaanse woord voor kamille), hooi en nootjes. Het is een tere, ziltere sherry die uitstekend past bij de lokale zeevruchtenschotels of sushi.
